Q: Can I request a paper catalog or price list for products?
A: We do not provide product catalog and price list. Please refer to our website for product information and prices.
Q: How long do our orders take to be processed? How early must I make my order by online to ensure that I will receive my order on time?
A: Upon received your order and payment, we will process the order within 2 to 3 working days. If time allows, please place your order online one week in advance.
Q: Is it possible for us to send email or phone order?
A: We do not accept email or phone order. At the moment, we only accept online order through our e-commerce website. Please place your order online and make payment accordingly. For corporate and organization customers, please contact us via our email for bulk order on single product.
Q: Is it possible to go your company showroom /warehouse store to pick up party stuff on the spot and pay thereafter. Do you allow walk-in customers?
A: We are online store which do not have showroom or retail shop at our office as most of our products are stored at warehouse. Please browse through our website and purchase through online. Upon payment received, we will process your order and prepare the items for your collection.
Q: I have already placed my order online, but I need to add few more items to my existing order. Is it possible to amend my online order?
A: The previous order has been closed with payment and hence it cannot be amended again. Please place another new order online for the additional items and leave us an order instruction/comment. We will process and combine packing your two orders together.
Q: On your website, there is self collection. How does that work?
A: When checkout from shopping cart, please select "Self Collection: option at Step 4 of shipping method. When received email notification of “Awaiting Pickup”, you may come down to our office for pick up during weekdays from 10am to 5pm, or Saturdays from 10am to 1pm. Please leave us an order instruction/comment for your collection date and timing so that we can prepare the items before your collection.
Q: Do you cater for birthday party in a package for kids?
A: We do not provide birthday party package at the moment. We do have wide selection of kids birthday themed party supplies and balloons on our website. You may choose the items separately base on your party theme.
Q: Can I make the payment upon collection?
A: We do not accept payment upon collection. Please place your order online and make payment through PayPal, credit or debit cards.
Q: When I tried to checkout I could not go to the payment page. I want to find out how to pay.
A: After finished shopping, please click on "Proceed To Checkout" icon, upon filling up all the required information, you will go payment page through PayPal gateway. You can make online payment either using PayPal account or credit/debit cards.
Q: I would like to enquire on the mode of payment. Do you accept payment via bank transfer?
A: We prefer payment via PayPal account or credit/debit cards. If this online payment mode is not working for you, please email us your order list, quantity and total price for purchase. We will check our stock availability for your ordered items, confirmed the final cost and then provide you our bank account number for bank transfer. We will proceed with your order upon received the fund.
Q: As I do not own a credit/debit card, can I pay by cash upon delivery?
A: We do not accept order with cash upon delivery. For corporate and organization customers, please contact us via email.
Q: As PayPal was not able to validate my credit card, can I opt for cash upon self collection instead?
A: Online purchase does not allow payment method of cash upon self collection as it gets directed straight to PayPal gateway. For successful credit card validation by PayPal, kindly ensure your billing address is matched to your credit card address. Please email us or contact our staff for further assistance if the issue still persists.
Discount & Wholesale
Q: I will like to enquire if they are any discount when we buy more?
A: You can find our 5% discount code when ‘Like” us on our facebook page. Please apply the discount code when checkout from your shopping cart.
Q: Will just like to know if I am entitled to the 5% discount just by liking your facebook page?
A: To enjoy 5% discount on your purchase, you will need to apply the discount code that found from our facebook page during order checkout. When discount code entered, the total payment for your order will be auto-deducted for the 5% discount. Please note that this 5% discount is not applicable to helium tank rental, refundable deposit and delivery charge. We are unable to do manual refund of 5% discount if you forget to enter the discount code during order checkout.
Q: I am a retailer and would like to purchase in bulk, do you have wholesale pricing for your products?
A: As our products are sold in competitive discounted prices, hence we do not have wholesale program for retailers at the moment. Also, most of the products have included bulk discount for certain quantity purchased. For corporate and organization customers, please email us your order item, quantity and the required date. We will get back to you soonest.
Q. Do you do inflation of helium balloons on site?
A. We do not provide helium balloons inflation on customer's venue.
Q: Do you provide balloon decorations and other decoration set up?
A: We do not provide balloon flowers, pillars, columns, arches or other balloon decoration set up for venue. For easy handling, the latex or foil balloons will be bundled up in 10pcs each bundle. You can either tie them as one bouquet to any weight support or untie them to have loose balloons free floating to the ceiling. The required set up time depends on how you are going to decorate your event venue.
Q: All the balloon price on your website is nett price?
A: Yes the product price on our website is nett price. We do not charge GST at the moment.
Q: All the balloon will be pump when handling to us right?
A: If you ordered balloons with option "Helium Inflated", we will inflate the balloons with helium gas before collection or delivery.
Q: If my purchases include both balloons and party items and the total exceeds $100, can I get the free delivery for the balloons but self-collect the party items earlier?
A: For balloon delivery, there is a compulsory delivery charge at $25 regardless of total purchase amount. Alternatively, you can do self collection of balloons from our office at no charge. For order without inflated balloons and above $100, we will provide one free delivery for the order. Please leave us an order instruction/comment for your preferred collection and delivery details during order checkout. Please note that our delivery service is available from Mondays to Fridays and there is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Q: Is the balloon bouquet comes inflated?
A: There are two options for bouquet inflation: “Uninflated” and “Helium Inflated”. If you selected bouquet inflated with helium, we will inflate the balloons before collection or delivery. For option of uninflated bouquet, we will not inflate the balloons and it will be sold in original plastic packaging.
Q: If I have my own balloons, can I bring over to your side to inflate with helium? How much for the charge?
A: For helium inflation of customers’ balloons, the cost depends on balloon type and size. However, we will not be held responsible for balloons if there is damage, leakage or burst during and after inflation. Please check with us in advance and we will quote base on your balloon type (latex or foil) and size.
Q: Would like to ask if we can choose other super shape balloon to replace for the one in a balloon bouquet set?
A: The foil balloon bouquet set comes in original pack and we are unable to change or substitute its super shape or other coordinating balloons. If you want to choose the super shape balloon or balloon colors for the bouquet, you can purchase the balloons separately from our website and then bundle them together as one bouquet.
Q: May I know what are the colors of the balloons in the Metallic Balloon Assorted Colors 100pcs pack?
A: The metallic balloons value pack contains all the basic colors example white, yellow, pink, red, purple, silver, green, orange, etc in random quantity.
Q: How will helium balloons be given to us?
A: All helium balloons come with attached 1.2 to 1.5m of curling ribbons. Loose balloons will be bundled up at 10pcs each bundle for easy carrying and transportation purpose. You can untie them easily to have the loose balloons for decoration. Balloon weights are sold separately.
Q: How long can the helium balloons last?
A: The floating time of 11” round latex helium balloons is about 5 to 8 hours while foil balloons can keep floating up to 1 day or more, but depending on the condition of balloons, handling during transportation and storing environment. Hence it is advisable to collect your balloons on the party day itself or plan your delivery date and time appropriately. We have no obligation for customers’ balloons when they have been collected or delivered and checked to be in good condition in the presence of our staff or delivery person.
Q. Can the balloons be re-used and refilled with helium gas?
A. You can refill the deflated foil balloons with helium gas but it depends on the balloons condition. The floating time of re-used balloons will no longer as good as new balloons due to wear and tear during first time usage. It may burst during refilling or deflate sooner. Inflated latex balloons cannot be refilled and re-used.
Q. How to keep the helium balloons float longer?
A. As helium balloons are fragile, please handle them with care. Please do not weigh down (if possible), squeeze, press, bent or over pull the balloons as these would damage the balloons to leakage. Also please avoid any sharp objects, direct sunlight and low temperature area. Foil balloons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. In cold air, the balloons may appear deflated; warmed air should expand them again. Avoid exposing the balloon to extreme heat as this could cause the helium to expand and burst the balloon.
Q. Will you inflate the balloons 100% filled?
A. It is not recommended to inflate balloons to 100% filled as this will over-stretch the balloons and make it burst easily. We will inflate 95% to allow space for balloon to expand if it is under warm or hot environment.
Q. What can I do if foil balloon deflates?
A. You can add in helium gas. If no helium gas available, you may use a hand pump or straw to blow in some normal air into the balloon opening. Please do not over blow else the balloon may burst.
Q. How to seal the balloons?
A. All foil balloons are with self-sealing opening, except for those 9” or 14” air filled mini shape foil balloons that need to be heat-sealed. For latex balloons, you just need to tie a simple knot at the opening.
Q. How long do you inflate the balloons before delivering to customer's venue?
A. We will inflate the balloons within 1 to 2 hour before delivery to let the balloons settle down. However the required time will depend on the balloon quantity and travel distance to customer’s venue.
Q: Does the 18" foil balloon comes with balloon weight?
A: The 18" foil balloon does not come with balloon weight. Balloon weight is sold separately.
Q: Do you sell balloon weights for 18" helium filled balloons? Does the balloon bouquet come with weight?
A: Yes we do sell balloon weights for 18” helium foil balloons. One 8g weight can hold one 18” helium filled balloon. Our balloon bouquet will not come with weight and the weight is sold separately. Our 150g balloon weight is heavy enough to hold one balloon bouquet that made up of 5 foil balloons.
Q: How do I choose the balloon weight for my helium inflated balloons?
For indoor use, 8g balloon weights are suitable for 1pcs of 11" or 12” latex balloons or 1pcs of 18” foil balloons. 150g balloon weights are suitable for one set of balloon bouquet or not more than 10pcs of 11" or 12” latex balloons. Heavier weights are required to weigh down the balloons at outdoor condition.
Air Filled Balloon
Q: I need air filled balloon not helium. I need those that are attached to stick type. May I know how to place order as uninflated.
A: For air filled balloons, there are two options for you to choose for inflation. In your case, you may select option of “Uninflated”. For option of “Air Filled”, the balloons will be inflated by normal air, heat-sealed and then attached to balloon cup and stick.
Q: Does 9" refer to the diameter of the balloon or the total height (including the stick)?
A: 9" refer to the diameter of balloon only and does not include the stick.
Q: How long can the air filled balloon stay inflated? Can I purchase it a day before my child's party?
A: Normally air filled balloon will stay inflated for 1 day or more, but it depends on the condition of balloon, handling and storing. You may place your order online and then collect it a day before the party.
Q: If we ordered uninflated air filled balloons, how do we do the inflation?
A: If you would like to inflate air filled balloons on your own, it requires balloon pump and the use of heat sealer or iron to seal the balloon's opening.
Q: If we ordered air filled balloons (eg. 14” mini shape balloons), can we request for it to be helium filled?
A: The 14" mini shape foil balloon is meant for air filled which attached to balloon cup and stick for hand held only. Due to its smaller size, they cannot be helium filled and will not float.
Q: I would like to know if I can customize latex balloons with our own designs or logo?
A: We are regret to inform that we do not provide customization logo or design printing service for all our balloons.
Q: I would like to ask whether is the pinata empty or filled with sweets?
A: All our pinatas come with empty inside and you can fill it up with sweets, small toys, confetti and other party favors which are sold separately on our website.
Q: If I have about 40 kids, will 2 pinatas be enough? Roughly how big are they?
A: 40 kids may need 2 to 3 pinatas and each pinata can be filled up to 1 to 2 kg of stuffings inside.
Q: Would like to check with you on the rental of Helium Tank for more than 3 days.
A: Our helium tank rental is for period of 3 days only and there is tank extension charge at $2 per day. Please do check with us in advance if you need to extend the tank rental.
Q: May we know the weight and size of the helium tank?
A: We have several helium tank sizes at different dimensions as follows:

For self collection of helium tank, please take note that 35 to 100 balloons tank can be fit into a normal car boot.
Q: I am interested in renting helium tank from you. May I know how much purchase before you will deliver the tank?
A: For order of helium tank rental, there is 2-way tank delivery and collection charge at $50 regardless of total purchase amount. Alternatively, you can select self collection and return option at no charge.
Q: What is the exact cubic meter tank capacity for your helium tanks and the prices for it? Any free delivery?
A: Our helium tank size is base on the quantity of 11" latex balloons that can be inflated. Please visit our website on Helium Tank Rental for more details on helium tank size and rental fee. There is no free delivery for tank as 2-way tank delivery and collection charge is $50. Please note that both tank rental and deposit are not counted towards $100 for free delivery.
Q: How can I get back my deposit after returning the tank?
A: Upon returning, we will check the condition of tank and nozzle. Tank deposit will be refunded via PayPal within 2 to 3 working days after tank returned, provided both tank and nozzle are returned in good working condition without damage or lost.
Q: I would like to self collect. Where is the collection point?
A: Please visit our website on Contact Us for pick up address. Please select self collection during checkout and leave us a comment for your preferred collection date and time. 2 to 3 working days are required for order processing before collection.
Q: I tried to order and would like to self-collect. How do I select this option for my order?
A: Please proceed to checkout and filling up information for account, billing and shipping details at Step 1 to 3, then you can choose the option for self collection under shipping method at Step 4.
Q: I would like to buy small items which could fit in the letterbox. Do you provide postage service?
A: We do not provide postage or mailing service for all our products at the moment. You may either come down to our office for self collection or send your courier for pick up.
Q: Would like to check with you, for self collections will there be any minimum purchase and can I order the day before?
A: There is no minimum purchase amount for self collection order. You can collect the items upon receipt of email notification of "Awaiting Pickup". Please place your order and allow 2 to 3 working days for processing.
Q: Would like to know if I can do self collection on the same day that I place order?
A: Please allow 2 to 3 working days for order processing before collection. For urgent order that needs collection on the same day of ordering, please contact our staff for further assistance.
Q: I would like to know how many balloons can fit into a normal car for self collection?
A: For a normal car, the empty back seats can fit approximately 20 - 25pcs of 11” latex balloons or 15 - 20 pcs of 18” foil balloons. If your order contains other balloons or combinations, please contact us for further assistance.
Q: When will i know that my order is ready for collection?
A: Customers will receive email notification when the order status changed to "Awaiting Pickup". Please arrange collection within 3 months when your order is ready for pick up.
Q: What will happen to my order if not collected within certain period of time?
A: For orders that were not been collected after 3 months, items will be discarded and disposed without notification.
Local Delivery Service
Q. Is there any maximum order for balloons delivery?
A. Our maximum order quantity for helium inflated balloons (11" latex balloons) is 70 - 80pcs per delivery at $25 per trip.
Q: Do you do door delivery?
A: Yes we do door delivery at $15 per trip for order below $100 without inflated balloons, while $25 for order contains inflated balloons, from Mondays to Fridays and subject to delivery schedule availability. For delivery to Sentosa Island, there is additional charge of $10 required. Please visit our webpage of Shipping Info for more details on our local delivery service.
Q: Can I confirm to get my preferred delivery date and time if I placed order in advance?
A: Please check our Delivery Schedule before purchase. We will make our effort to accommodate the required delivery date and timing as per customer request. However we will not guarantee for delivery services at your intended date and timing as this will base on first come first serve. We will contact customers to re-schedule the delivery date or timing if the time slot already occupied.
Q. Any minimum amount to waive delivery charges?
A. There is one time free delivery for order amount over $100 and above. For additional delivery needed, a delivery charge of $15 (order without inflated balloons) or $35 (order contains inflated balloons) per trip applies. Please take note that helium tank rental and refundable deposit are not countable to order amount of $100 for free delivery.
Q. Any minimum amount to waive tank delivery charges?
A. For helium tank rental, there is 2-way of tank delivery and collection charge at $50 per order per tank. Please take note that free delivery service for order amount of $100 is for products only and not applicable for helium tank.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We do shipping to Malaysia and Brunei at the moment. Customers may place order online and select their preferred shipping method during order checkout.
Q: How long will you take to send the orders?
A: We will process and ship the orders within 2 to 3 working days upon order and payment received. The parcel tracking number will be emailed to customers for them to track the shipment status.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Customers can obtain the estimated shipping cost for their ordered items on our website by selecting their country, state/province and entering the zip/postcode. Rates are exclusive of any Customs Duties and other relevant taxes.
Q: How long will the shipment arrive?
A: Customers can obtain the estimated shipping time for their preferred shipping method on our website after selecting their country, state/province and entering the zip/postcode. Please note that the shipping time quoted is estimated only. All shipments may be subjected to customs inspection and clearance which may require additional days. Delivery time subject to change without prior notice.
Q: Any refund or exchange if items lost or damage during shipping?
A: We will not be responsible and liable of items shipped, please email us if you have any queries on international shipping terms.
Q: Can the order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
A: We are unable to deliver the order to a P. O. box address. Items will be packed in a carbon box and the parcel will be shipped by shipping company which requires the recipient to receive the parcel and sign for receipt acknowledgment.
