Online Shopping Procedure

  • Select the item that you want to order, add them into shopping cart by entering your order quantity and clicking “Add to Cart” button.
  • For items with options, please select your preferred options and then enter the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  • For purchasing more items, please click the “Continue Shopping” button.
  • To view your order anytime while shopping, just click the “View or edit your cart” icon.
  • Click on “Check out” button when you finished online shopping.
  • You will be brought to the order checkout page which contains 5 steps for completing the checkout process, i.e.
    • Step 1: Account Details
    • Step 2: Billing Details
    • Step 3: Shipping Details
    • Step 4: Shipping Method (Speedpost Standard Parcel Delivery Service or Express Courier Parcel Delivery Service)
    • Step 5: Order Confirmation
  • Please follow the Steps 1 to 3 by filling in the required information for your order.
  • Feel free to amend or update the information by clicking “Edit” for each step.
  • Choose your preferred shipping method @ Step 4 and then click “Continue”.
  • You will be taken to final Step 5 for order confirmation. Please review the contents of your order and then choose how you would like to pay for your order.
  • Redeem your gift certificate or coupon (if applicable) by entering the code and click “Apply”.
  • If you have any requirement for your order, just key into the textbox of “Order Instructions/Comments (Optional)”.
  • Tick if you would like to receive our newsletter.
  • Click on “Proceed to Payment”.
  • You will be brought to our PayPal gateway for payment.

Payment Processing

We are using PayPal as our payment gateway, our customers will be able to purchase using credit cards, debit cards or PayPal account through this gateway. If no PayPal account, you can sign up as guest at PayPal payment page and then click the link to pay with your credit cards or debit cards. To avoid payment error, please enter your billing address as same as your credit cards or debit cards billing address. After payment completed, you will receive email confirmation of your order and order status. Invoice receipt will be generated by our system and then email to you as proof of payment.

Please leave us an order comment if you have any special requirement. We will contact you if there is any concern.


Minimum Order Amount

There is no minimum order amount for delivery. However, there will be delivery charge applies for order below $40. For more details on shipping, please visit our webpage of "Delivery".


Order Processing

After order received, we will process and pack your order within 1 to 2 working days before it is ready for delivery.

When order placed, several email notifications will be sent to your mailbox for order status updates as follows:

"Awaiting Fulfillment" means order is in processing and packing stage;

"Awaiting Shipment" means order is ready for delivery, etc.

Upon order shipping out, order status will be updated as "Shipped" respectively. 


Order Collection - Self collection is no longer available for the time being

Dear valued customers, please be informed that we are an online party supplies store which does not have retail shop and product display showroom at our office for walk-in customers. Regret to inform that self collection is no longer available for the time being. To speed up our order processing, please place your order online and checkout for payment. Kindly contact us if you need any further assistance.


Order Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please kindly do so within 24 hours from the time of payment made. After the 24 hours, a cancellation fee of SGD10.00 will be imposed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone and provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, please note that if your order has already been shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order. In this instance, we suggest that you return the product(s) for a refund once you receive them.

All cancellation of orders will be assessed and considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel any order with or without reason. In such instance, the cancellation fee will not be imposed.

Please note that the normal processing time for refund (for order cancellation) is 5 to 7 working days from the date of request. If a cancellation fee of SGD10.00 has been imposed, the refund amount will the purchase price less SGD10.00.

Return Policy:

For items with manufacturing faulty cases, we will do one to one exchange. If there were no replacement items available, we will exchange with other items of same value. Please email us at for return and exchange arrangement.

For items with physical damages, wear and tear as well as battery flat cases, there will be no return, refund and replacement.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Please kindly ensure that the product(s) to be returned in their original intact packaging, with all accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original intact condition or if it has been damaged by the customer. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
