Online Shopping Procedure
- Select the item that you want to order, add them into shopping cart by entering your order quantity and clicking “Add To Cart” button.
- For items with options, please select your preferred options and then enter the quantity and click the "Add To Cart" button.
- For purchasing more items, please click the “Continue Shopping” button.
- To view your order anytime while shopping, just click the “View or edit your cart” icon.
- Click on “Proceed to checkout” button when you finished online shopping.
- You will be brought to the order checkout page which contains 5 steps for completing the checkout process, i.e.
- Step 1: Account Details
- Step 2: Billing Details
- Step 3: Shipping Details
- Step 4: Shipping Method (Delivery Service or Self Collection)
- Step 5: Order Confirmation
- Please follow the Steps 1 to 3 by filling in the required information for your order.
- Feel free to amend or update the information by clicking “Edit” for each step.
- Choose your preferred shipping method @ Step 4 and then click “Continue”.
- You will be taken to final Step 5 for order confirmation. Please review the contents of your order and then choose how you would like to pay for your order.
- Redeem your gift certificate or coupon (if applicable) by entering the code and click “Apply”.
- If you have any requirement for your order, just key into the textbox of “Order Instructions/Comments (Optional)”. If your order contains helium inflated balloons or air filled balloons, please indicate your delivery or collection date and time over here.
- Tick if you would like to receive our newsletter.
- Click on “Proceed to Payment”.
- You will be brought to our PayPal gateway for payment.

We are using PayPal as our payment gateway, our customers will be able to purchase using credit cards, debit cards or PayPal account through this gateway. If no PayPal account, you can sign up as guest at PayPal payment page and then click the link to pay with your credit cards or debit cards. To avoid payment error, please enter your billing address as same as your credit cards or debit cards billing address. After payment completed, you will receive email confirmation of your order and order status. Invoice receipt will be generated by our system and then email to you as proof of payment.
Order Instructions / Comments
For order containing helium inflated balloons or air filled balloons, please leave us an order comment for your required delivery/collection date and time. If there are no delivery/collection details stated in your order, we will contact you once the order has been processed and prepared.
Minimum Order Amount
There is no minimum order amount for self collection orders and customers can collect the order upon receipt of our email notification of "Awaiting Pickup". However, there will be delivery charge for order that requires delivery service. For more details on shipping, please visit our webpage of "Delivery".
After order received, we will process and pack your order within 2 to 3 working days before it is ready for collection or delivery. For helium tank rental order, please place your order at least 1 week in advance so that we will have enough time to book and reserve the tank for your order.
When order placed, several email notifications will be sent to your mailbox for order status updates as follows:
"Awaiting Fulfillment" means order is in processing and packing stage;
"Awaiting Pickup" means order is ready for collection;
"Awaiting Shipment" means order is ready for delivery, etc.
Upon collection or delivery done, order status will be updated as "Completed" or "Shipped" respectively.
Dear valued customers, please be informed that we are an online party supplies store which does not have retail shop and product display showroom at our office for walk-in customers. To speed up our order processing, please place your order online and checkout for payment in advance before coming down for order pick up. Kindly contact us if you need any further assistance.
Customers will receive email notification when the order status changed to "Awaiting Pickup". Please arrange collection within 3 months when your order is ready for pick up. Those orders that are not been collected after 3 months will be discarded and disposed without further notification.
Our Return Policy
No order cancellation upon order confirmation, there will be no returnable, refundable and exchangeable for all items purchased. 20% restocking fee applies.
For items with manufacturing faulty cases, we will do one to one exchange. If there were no replacement items available, we will exchange with other items of same value. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return and exchange arrangement.
For items with physical damages, wear and tear as well as battery flat cases, there will be no return, refund and replacement.
**For helium balloons, after collection and delivery, we will not be liable for customers’ balloons when they have been checked to be in good condition in the presence of our staff when handover. We seek customers' understanding that we are unable to control the balloon condition after handover, as it subjects to handling, transportation and storing environment.
