Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charge covers online order processing, item picking and packing, packaging materials, transport and handling. We will absorb the standard parcel delivery cost for order amount which exceeded $40. Delivery times are based our best estimation and it might vary due to some unforeseen circumstances. We will try our upmost effort to process the orders within 24 hours upon received and then passing them to our couriers for dispatch. Shipments and deliveries will happen on weekdays. Orders placed on Fridays after working hours) and during weekends will be processed on the following Mondays.

Delivery
- Delivery service is available from Mondays to Fridays.
- No Delivery Service on Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays.
- For Standard Parcel Delivery Service, instead of Speedpost, we may use other couriers e.g. Qxpress, Ninja Van. depending on certain unforeseen circumstances.
